FAQ

Is what I type stored anywhere?

No. Your text is never sent off the device and is never stored on it. It is discarded the moment you leave the screen. See the privacy policy for details.

My collection disappeared

Collection progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it, and it cannot be restored or transferred to a new phone — the app has no accounts by design.

No sound or vibration

Open the menu at the top right of the input screen and check the sound and vibration switches. Silent mode on your device also mutes the app.

Can I remove the ads?

There is currently no option to remove ads.

Reroll does not show an ad

If no ad is available, nothing is shown and a message appears instead. Check your connection and try again in a moment.

I want to change my ad consent (EU / UK)

Menu at the top right of the input screen → Settings → "Ad privacy settings". This item only appears in regions where it applies.

I want my data deleted

The app has no accounts and no server. Deletion works like this:

• Data stored in the app (collection progress, settings) — removed when you uninstall the app
• Advertising identifiers — reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Android: Settings → Google → Ads)
• Anything else — email the address above and we will take care of it

The text you type is never sent or stored in the first place, so there is nothing of it to delete.
